James Rousseau, the son of Henry Rousseau and Sarah, was born about 1785 in Virginia. He married about 1807, Frances Skinner, the daughter of Cornelius Skinner and Sarah McMakin. He died between 1850 and 1860, Loudoun, Virginia.
