He was the son of Joseph Royall and Elizabeth Kennon. He passed away after 1748. He was married to Elizabeth and is believed to have had three sons: Joseph, Jr.; William; and, Richard. William appears to have been the only son living at the time his Will was made in 1774.[1]
He made his will 02 Apr 1774. In his will he devised to his son, William, all of his land in Chesterfield County and all of the residue of his estate, both real and personal. He also appointed William as the sole Executor of his estate. His Will was signed in the presence of John Royall, Joseph Royall and John Royall, Jr. [2]

Mary, Royall, Richard Royall and John Royall, executors of Littleberry Royall took a judgment for debt owed by William Worsham to the estate of Littleberry Royall. [5]

William Booker Abraham Green &Ca Trustees for the County of Ameial Plts vs Thomas Anderson, Samuel Tarry, Cement Reed & George Currie Defts, In Debt [Margin note:] Continuíd for the resolves of Chesterfield Court, This Day Samuel Jordan came in to Court in the behalf of Thomas Anderson the Principle Deft. and undertook to Pay twenty Pounds Current Money as a proportionable Part Paid the Said Anderson by the Countyes of Henrico and Amelia for the building a Bridge over Appomattox River which Said Bridge was carried away by the inundation of the Said River after he had twice built the Same, This Court being Willing to receive the Said twenty Pounds and is charge the Said Anderson and his Securities provided that the Court of Chesterfield County will agree thereto; and for that Purpose Mr Richard Royal and Benjamin Harris are desired to acquaint the Court of Chesterfield with the Resolutions of this Court[9]
