Antonius was born in 1889 in Heesch, Noord-Brabant.[1] He was the son of Gerardus Ruijs and Hendrika Smits.
He married Maria Catharina Cornelia van Duijnhoven on November 4 1916 in Schaijk, Noord-Brabant.[2] They had four children.[3]
They were living in Heesch, Noord-Brabant, when Maria Catharina Cornelia passed away in 1965 in Oss, Noord-Brabant, at age 72.[4]
Antonius was still living on January 15 1970 when his daughter Gerarda Ruijs passed away.[5] He was 81 years old at that time. No further record was found.
