Albert Theodor Rusche was born in 1878 in Gillespie Co., Texas to Julius Rusche and his 1st wife Wilhelmina (Hahn) Rusche. His mother died when he was 10, and his father remarried when Albert was 13.

Alber died on 20 December 1967 and was buried at Der Stadt Friedhof Cemetery, Fredericksburg, Gillespie County, Texas. ^[1]
