Biography
Peter Emil Thorwald Rusfeldt (possibly Riisfeldt) was born about 1850 in Denmark. He was the son of John (possibly Jorgen Peter) Rusfeldt and Frederika M (possibly Frederikke Marie) unknown. [1][2]
Emil Rusfeldt migrated from Denmark to New South Wales.
He migrated to New South Wales (Australia) before 1874.
Emil, as he was known, married Emma Pyle in 1874 in New South Wales. [3] Making their home in Newtown, an inner wester suburb of Sydney, they had a son (who died in infancy) and a daughter.
He passed away in 1893 in Newtown, New South Wales. [4] He was survived by his wife, who passed in 1930, having never re-married.
