Nell Blackburn (Sample) Williams was born on 28 October 1894 in Daviess County, Kentucky, United States, daughter of Frederick W Sample (~1868–1903) and Caroline Brown (Hamilton) Sample (1871–1961).[1]
Nell married Joseph Milton Williams.
Nell died on 23 January 1985 in Louisville, Jefferson, Kentucky, aged 90. She is commemorated at Resthaven Memorial Cemetery, Louisville, Jefferson County, Kentucky.[1]
