George was born 27 December 1781 in Plymouth, Plymouth, Massachusetts. He was the son of Simeon Samson and Deborah (Cushing) Sampson. George, son of Simeon Capt. Sampson & Deborah, was born on, United States.[1]
In 1796, Zachariah Cushman was appointed guardian to George, who was above the age of 14 years.[2]
He married Hannah Crossman Shaw on 28 July 1805 in Plympton, Plymouth, Massachusetts.[3]
In the 1850 census George (age 68) was in Homer, Cortland, New York, United States.[4]
