Biography
Fountain was born in 1864. He was the son of Rice Sams and Elender Kimmel. He taught school and then graduated from S.I.N.U. at Carbondale. Fount studied law, and graduated from Columbia University in Washington, D.C. He passed away in 1917.[1]
