Biography
Valborg Linnea Sandberg was born on May 1, 1917 in Åsalund in Läggared in Hillered parish, Älvsborg, Sweden. She was the youngest daughter of nine children to Otto Wilhelm Karlsson Sandberg and his wife Maria Kristina Petersdotter. Her mother died in 1920, when she was three years old.[1]
She became the foster daughter of Karl Viktor Jansson and his wife Anna Maria Björklund in Sexdrege. She came to them from her parents on December 7, 1921.[2]
