Biography
Johan was born in Åsmundshyttan, Torsåker parish, 20 October 1711 to Johan Mattsson and his wife Margta Dahl. It has afterwards been noted that he died in America in 1748.[1]
Reverend John Sandin was assigned the parishes of Penn's Neck and Racoon at Swedesboro and he traveled for eighteen long months with his wife.[2]. They had a baby girl named Johanna Margaret Sandlin born to them at Philadelphia.
