Henry Santwyk was born in the Colony of New South Wales (1788-1900)
Henry Hercules Santwyk was born on August 9, 1867 in Sydney, Colony of New South Wales, son of Jacob Hendrik Pieter van Santwyjk (1839–1921) and Mary Ann Ratcliff (1845–1910).
Henry (27) married Caroline Skinner (20) (born on February 10, 1875 in Colony of Queensland) on February 11, 1895 in Bondi, New South Wales.[1] Their children were:
- Henry Mervyn Santwyk (1895–1916)
- Bertha Elizabeth Santwyk (1897–1983)
- Eric Robert Louis Santwyk (1904–1980)
- Herbert Ratcliff Uridge Santwyk (1907–1986)
- Grace Angeline Santwyk (1909–1990)
- Jacob Albert Santwyk (1912–1994)
Henry died on April 30, 1954 in Hurstville, New South Wales, Australia, aged 86.[2]
