Biography

Henry Saunders was a Bounty Immigrant to New South Wales.

Henry Saunders was the son of Daniel Saunders, farmer and Margaret. He was born about 1817 at Horsley, Gloucestershire. ^[1]

He married Hannah Clark at Stroud, Gloucestershire in 1839. ^[2]

He arrived in New South Wales on the 'Bussorah Merchant' on 3 September 1839. He was a tailor by trade. ^[1]

He died in August 1888 at Newtown, New South Wales. ^[3][4]
