Research Notes

Note on LNAB: In the 1900 census, Crecie is living with her mother, Nancy Sawyers, who is divorced and her grandmother Sallie Sawyers. Is that her maternal grandmother? Apparently so, as in the 1880 census Nancy is living w/ John and Sallie Sawyers. I did not find a marriage for Nancy. Did she take back her name or did she marry a Sawyers?
