In 1910, Constantine was living as a lodger in Township 3, Placer, California in the household of James Vance.. His profession was listed as a cook in a restaurant. He shows up a second time on a supplementary page for the 1910 census which seems to have lumped all the lodgers in the county into one list without heads of households.[1]
In 1920, Constantine was living as a lodger in the household of George W. Hill in Honey Lake, California in Lassen County. His profession was listed as a cook in a restaurant.[2]
