Biography
Catharina was born in 1828, the daughter of Charles (?) Schliessmann and Catharina unknown.
On the 20 November 1853, Catherina Schliessmann married Antonio Zahnleiter in Germany.
The Zahnleiter family left Hamburg in August 1854 arriving Australia 21 November 1854 on the "Victoria". Catharina's infant son Christian and her mother in law died at sea during the voyage.[1] [2]
Catharina Schliessmann passed away in 1871, aged 44.[3]
