When Martha Elizabeth Reynolds Schroeder Keller was born on September 28, 1846, in Reading, Pennsylvania, her father, John, was 32, and her mother, Susan, was 27. She married Col Daniel Schneck Keller on May 8, 1878, in her hometown. They had six children in 18 years. She died on May 19, 1936, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, at the age of 89, and was buried in Bellefonte, Pennsylvania.
