Biography
Robert Scull was born in 1729.[1] He was the son of James Scull and Susannah Siddon.
On August 4th, 1760, at age 31, Robert Scull was shot by Officer of the Centre Tavern, John Bruleman.[2] Robert lived for three weeks longer. During that time, he was brought to the church for a baptism.[3]
Robert Scull passed away on August 30, 1760 as a result of the shooting.[4] He is buried at the Christ Church Burial Ground in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.[5] His death was ruled a homicide and his killer was put to death for this crime on October 8, 1760.[6]
