Sir Henry Paul Seale, 2nd Bt. was born on 17 February 1806. He was the son of Sir John Henry Seale, 1st Bt. and Paulina Elizabeth Jodrell. He married Emily Hartman, daughter of Colonel I. R. Hartman, on 4 August 1840. He died on 17 December 1897 at age 91.
He succeeded as the 2nd Baronet Seale [U.K., 1838] on 29 November 1844. He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.). He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.)
