She married Hermann Otto Laurenz Fischer on 1 Jun 1922 in Berlin-Wannsee, Germany. They had three children, all of whom were born in Berlin-Wannsee:[1]
- Agnes Gertrude (born 8 Mar 1923), married Louis John Peterson,
- Laurenz (born 9 Apr 1925),
- Gerhard (born 1 Mar 1928).
Ruth came to the United States on 29 Sep 1948.[1]
She died on 4 Jan 1971 in Santa Clara County, California.[2]
