Joined the light horse with his brother Michael during WWI, but it appears that only Peter served overseas. He was killed at Gaza (Southern Highlands Index states that he died in Khum Amadat, Palestine), and is buried there. His name is on the Honour List at Casino Memorial Hospital, and also at the Avenue of Trees which is at Rappvile in memory of the fallen soldiers.
