Gwendoline (Seiver) Hatchard was born in Victoria, Australia
Gwendoline Irene Seiver was born in 1922 in Mortlake, Victoria, Australia, daughter of Frank Seiver (1897–~1981) and Doris Jane Brooks (1898–1994).[1]
She married Albert Stephen Hatchard in Victoria in 1941.[2]
Gwendoline died on August 20, 1991 in Ballarat, Victoria, aged 68.[3]
