Dorothy was born in 1898. She is the daughter of Walter Sharp and Florence Spooner. In 1916, she married her 1st cousin, Rupert Spooner, and together they had 3 children, the last of which was born after his death. She then married a Morrison and moved to San Diego. By 1930, she was married to Carl Johnson and continued to live in the San Diego area.
