JOHN Andrew Sheean, of Birchip, farmer, by his will dated August 18,1884 and presented for probate by Mr. H. R. Elms, of Birchip, solicitor, appointed his wife Margaret Sheean, sole executrix, and bequeathed to her the whole of his estate. Testator died October 14, 1895,^[1]
