Linus Tracy, Executor of Israel B. Sheldon, dec’d, vs. the heirs and legatees of Israel B. Sheldon, dec d.

In Probate court of Trumbull County, Ohio,

Silas Sheldon, Zilphah Coleman, Angeline Converse and her husband, — Converse; — Coleman, husband of Zilphah Coleman, and Keziah Strong. who are supposed to reside in the state of Massachusetts; Marietta R. Smith and her husband, — Smith, who are supposed to reside in the state of Nebraska; John Lane, who resides in the State of New York; Elizabeth Martin and her husband, — Martin, who reside in the State of North Carolina; Heman Talcott, who resides in the State of Pennsylvania; Narcissa Woodford and her husband Hiram Woodford, who reside In the State of Missouri; Nelson Talcott, who resides in the state or Iowa; John Lane 2d, Charles Lane, Amanda Harris and her husband, — Harris, Theodore Talcott, Sarah Whitlng and her hushand, — Whiting, whose residence is unknown, are hereby informed that on the 17th day of February A. D.,1871, said Executor filed his petition in said Probate Court, praying for an order from said Court for the sale of the real estate of which the said Israel B. Sheldon died seized being the homestead farm on on which the said Sheldon resided up to the time of his death. Situate in the Township of Mesopotamia, in said County, being parts of Lots 39 and 40, containing about one hundred and sixty acres of land, more or less.

Said petition will be for hearing on the 30th day of March, A. D. 1871. at 10 o'clock, a. m.
