Biography

George Edgar Totten Shipman was born in Cannington, Ontario, 16 May 1902, the son of George Herbert Shipman and Isabella Lucretia Totten.^[1][2]

A separate birth record gives the date as 26 Dec 1903,^[3] but I chose the earlier one as more accurate; the later is probably the christening.

He lived at home in 1911,^[4] but went to New York.^[5]

George passed away in 1991.^[6]
