Biography

Eliza Sibley was born about 1816 and baptised on the 8th December 1816 at St. Peter & St. Paul, Horndon on the Hill, Essex, England, the daughter of James Sibley (labourer) and Maria Sibley of Horndon on the Hill^[1]

On the 22nd August 1836, Eliza, a spinster, married Smith Poynter, a bachelor at St. Peter & St. Paul, Milton-next-Gravesend, Kent, England^{[2] [3]}

In the 1841 census Eliza (age 25) wife of George Poynter was in Milton Gravesend, Kent, England.
