Berkley Byno Simpson was born on 26 Oct 1906 in Crofton, Christian, Kentucky, United States, son of William Everett Simpson (1884–1952) and Glinnie G Miller (~1889–1976).^[1]

Berkley died on 16 Jan 1991 in Jeffersonville Township, Clark, Indiana, United States, aged 84. He was buried in Walnut Ridge Cemetery, Jeffersonville.^{[2] [1]}
