Biography
Mabel was born in about 1859. She was the daughter of Lionel Skipwith and Nanette Walker.
Census 1871: Living with her parents and seven siblings in St Peter, Bedfordshire, England. Aged 12. Also in the household were five servants.
She married William Henry Perry Leslie (son of Henry David Leslie) on 17 June 1885 at Abbots Langley, Hertford, England.[1]
They had at least three children.
Census 31 March 1901: Living with her husband and two children Patience and Henry in High Street, Hunstanton, Norfolk, England. She was by now aged 41. Also in the household was a Governess and five servants. Her husband was an Underwriter at Lloyds Bank of London.
She probably passed away in 1943 at the age of 84.[2]
