Biography
Humberston Skipwith was born born at Newbold Hall in Warwickshire, England. He was the son of Fulwar Skipwith and Dorothy Parker.
Boyds Inhabitants of London lists Humberstone Skipwith (no:56953) as the son of Sir Fulwar Skipwith of Newbold Hall; his mother as Elizabeth (this is Elizabeth his father's second wife, Humberstone's mother was Fulwar's first wife, Dorothy) Humberstone's wife is given as Elizabeth Coney, daughter of Sir George Coney (dec.) of Lincolns Inn (London).
