Elizabeth (Slater) Tunstall was born in Derbyshire, England.

Elizabeth Slater was born in 1803 in Darley, Derbyshire, England. Elizabeth, daughter of William Slater & Ann of Darley, was baptised on 3 February 1803 in Derby, Derbyshire.^[1]

Elizabeth (age 42), daughter of William Slater, married Urbane Tunstall (age 37) on 1 September 1845 in Doveridge, Derbyshire.^{[2] [3]} Urbane had 4 children from his 1st marriage to Elizabeth Thawley. Elizabeth already had a daughter Eliza Slater, born about 1841, and Elizabeth and Urbane had a son Leonard Tunstall born in 1847.

Elizabeth died in 1879 and was buried at Nottingham Road Cemetery, Chaddesden, Derby with a death date of 14 July 1879.^[4][5]
