Biography
Elizabeth Sylvia Soady was born on 6th April 1920 in Queensland, Australia. Known variously as Beth, Bett and Betty, she was the daughter of Tom Soady and Sylvia Gwendoline White. [1]
Elizabeth married Australian soldier Ronald Neil in 1944 in Ryde, New South Wales. [2] They shared the same birthday, two years apart. They had three sons and a daughter:
Aged 69 years, she passed away on 1st January 1990 in New South Wales. [3] Although survived by Ronald, he passed away just weeks later.
