Biography
Jessie Walters Souder was born on 26 Jun 1878 in Taylorstown, Loudoun, Virginia to parents Americus James Souder and Maria Jane Frazier. William Shepherd Dorsey married 1905 Jessie Waters Souder, daughter of Americus Janes and Maria Jane (Frazier) Souder of Lovettsville, Virginia.[1] She died in 1969 and was buried in Baltimore, Maryland.
