An Inventory and Apprasement of the estate of Stephen Clement deceased late of the County and State aforesaid.

The State of Alabama, Bibb County Please know all men by these presents that we Leana Clement, Luellen Clement & Garrison S. Clement are held and freely bound unto Thomas Crawford, Judge of the County Court for Bibb County for the time being and his succefsors in office in the [penal?]sum of eight thousand dollars to the payment of which well and truly to be made we bind ourselves over and each of us our heirs, executors and administrators jointly and severally [fracialy?] by these presents sealed with our seals and dated this 12th day of August 1833.

The condition of the above obligation is such that whereas the above bounds Leana Clement appointed administratrix of all and singular the goods and chattels, rights and jcredis of Stephen Clement deceased. Now if the said Leana Clements shall well and truly perform all the duties which are or may be by law required of her as such administratrix then the foregoing obligation to be said otherwise to be & [recuse? illegible] in full force & virtue.
