Watchlist Limitations

If your watchlist contains 5,000 or more profiles, you are going to start experiencing technical issues when managing your watchlist. You should consider reducing the size of your watchlist before importing more using the GEDCOMPare utility. It’s OK to leave some profiles unmanaged.

If your watchlist has reached 10,000 or more profiles, you can still use GEDCOMpare to compare your GEDCOM against the WikiTree database, but you won’t be able to import more profiles until your watchlist is reduced below the limit of 5,000 profiles.
