31.-San Francisco, barque, Captain C. S. Kramar, from Hamburgh 8th December. Passengers-Mr. Lotze, W. Bastian, Surgeon Superíntendent, and 136 immigrants.

The lmmigrants per San Francisco, bought out under the government regulations, are all vine-dressers, and all under engagements, they consist of 66 men and seventy women and chil-dren. The San Franciso has made a fair passage of 113 days.
