- To daughter, Sarah Martin - Henrietta, a girl
- To daughter, Eliza B Bell - Meshack, a boy
- To granddaughter, Susan Elizabeth McGehee (daughter of Caroline E McGehee) - Martha, a girl
To his unmarried daughters: Susan T, Virginia D, Katharine S, Maria Ann the following slaves were to be divided upon their marriage
- Abraham, Kizzy, George, Nancy, Prudence, Isham, Charity, Louisa, Shadrack, Daniel, Emily, Francis, David, Raleigh, Joshua, and Harriet
To the previously named seven daughters and one granddaughter the following were to be divided:
- Joe, Abedorago, Rossetta, Mary, Julia, George, June, Matilda, and Hope
