The purpose of this page is to document and identify the slaves held by Nathaniel Macon (1757-1837) in Warren County, North Carolina.
Nathaniel Macon inherited land from his father, Gideon Macon. He later expanded his holdings to over 1900 acres and named it Buck Springs Plantation.

Will of Nathaniel Macon
In his will, signed October 25, 1835 and proved in November Court 1837, Nathaniel gifted the following:
- 7 seven slaves previously gifted without conveyance to daughters Betsy and Seignora, now confirmed title. Their names were captured in the inventory. Both daughters were deceased at the time he wrote his will.
