- Lance Corporal Gilbert Blackstock fought with the 12th Battalion, Highland Light Infantry. He died of his battle wounds Sept 17, 1916
- Private Archibald Blackstock fought with the Argyll and Sutherland Highlanders 10th Battalion. He was killed in action in France, September 30, 1918.
