St Peter's College, Adelaide - House Tree

Sancti Petri Schola Collegiata | SPSC | The Collegiate School of St Peter

The House system
Upon entering the Middle School in Year 7, all boys are assigned to a house. There are 10 houses, each named after prominent figures in the school's history. Four of these—Da Costa, Farrell, Hawkes and Short—were the original four houses founded in 1920. To accommodate the growing student population five additional houses were founded: MacDermott, Woodcock, and later, Young, Howard and Farr.
There is also a boarding house, School & Allen House, that was established in 2003 through the amalgamation of School House with Wyatt & Allen. Houses meet several times each week, and compete in various intra-school competitions throughout the year. Through sporting, academic, musical, fundraising and other competitions throughout the year, the houses compete for the Sir George Murray Shield.

Thanks for this post! I've found it very interesting. It's said that one of the notable features of St Peter's College is its commitment to providing a holistic education, which includes a strong focus on personal development, social responsibility, and community engagement. The college encourages students to participate in extracurricular activities, such as sports, music, drama, and community service, which help to develop their skills and talents beyond the classroom. But it can take a lot of work to do everything on time. I hope that students here can use this site link to get some help with their assignments. Anyway, it is an excellent choice for students looking for a well-rounded education that combines academic rigor with personal development and community engagement. The college is known for its rigorous academic programs, experienced teaching staff, and state-of-the-art facilities.
