THIS IS THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT of me ADELAIDE GLYNNE DUNHAM of 15 Oxford Road Worthing in the County of Sussex spinster

1. I HEREBY REVOKE all Wills Codicils and other testamentary dispositions by me at any time heretofore made

2. I APPOINT Barclays Bank Limited (hereinafter called "the Bank") to be the Executor and Trustee of this my Will with power to act by its proper officer or officers and also to act as Bankers to my Estate for all purposes upon the terms usual between the Bank and a customer and the Bank shall also be entitled to remuneration for its services as such Executor and Trustee by fees and otherwise in accordance with the terms of remuneration charged by it at the date of my death for its services in acting as Executor and/or Trustee of a Will free from duties and deductions and to be paid or retained out of any part of the capital or income of my estate in priority to all other payments and also to any customary share of brokerage receivable by the bank

The bank may in its absolute discretion determine how nay fees or other remuneration payable to the Bank be borne as between different parts of my estate and between persons beneficially interested in capital and income respectively of any part of my estate and every such determination shall be binding on all persons beneficially interested hereunder

3. I GIVE AND BEQUEATH free of legacy duty if any:

(a) To my God-daughter Adeline Marion Decima Large of "Dormy" Limner Lane formerly Felpham Bognor Regis the sum of Fifty Pounds

(b) To my Cousin Walter Nugent Cortis of Little Barton Beaconsfield Buckinghamshire the miniature of my Great-Grandfather Papps

(c) To my Cousin Phyllis Mercy Gibbs of Houndspath St Albans Hertfordshire the portrait of my Great-Grandmother Dickinson

4. I GIVE DEVISE BEQUEATH AND APPOINT all the residue of my estate whatsoever and wheresoever both real and personal and whether in possession reversion remainder or expectancy to my friend Geraldine Madge Watts of 15 Oxford Road Worthing aforesaid spinster

5. If the said Geraldine Madge Watts shall predecease me then:

(a) I GIVE AND BEQUEATH free of legacy duty all the residue of my personal effects as defined by Form 2 of the Statutory Will Forms unto Edna Geraldine Henshall of 6 Manor Mansions Belsize Grove London N.W.3 or if she shall have predeceased me to Evelyn Dora Watkins of Guest House Flats Selly Oak Birmingham upon Trust to distribute one half thereof as nearly as possible to Gladys Edna Watts of Guest House Flats Selly Oak Birmingham and one half thereof as nearly as possible or the whole if the said Gladys Edna Watts shall predecease me between Dora E. Watkins of Guest House Flats Selly Oak Birmingham the said Evelyn Dora Watkins and the said Edna Geraldine Henshall or such of them as shall survive me

(b) I GIVE DEVISE AND BEQUEATH all the residue of my estate whatsoever and wheresoever both real and personal and whether in possession reversion remainder or expectancy as to one-half thereof to the said Gladys Edna Watts and the remaining half thereof or the whole if the said Gladys Edna Watts shall predecease me equally between the said Dora E. Watkins the said Evelyn Dora Watkins and the said Edna Geraldine Henshall or such of them as shall survive me
