In the name of god amen the xxi^th daye of January Anno Domini 1613 I Arthur Hilton of
Allostock in the Countie of Chester yeoman being in p[er]fect memeorie doe make this my
last will and Testament in maner and forme following First I bequeath my Soule
into the handes of the Almightie my Saviour and Redeemer and my bodie unto Christian>br/> buriall Imprimus my will is and I doe bequeath and appoynt that after my decease that all
my goodes and chattells moveable and immoveable shall be equallie divided into three parts
Whereof one part I give and bequeath to Joane Hilton my wiffe and the other two parts
I leave to paie and discharge my Debts & funerall expenses & what Legacies I shall hereafter
bequeath

Item I give and bequeath and my will is that everie one of my god children shall
