This is the last Will and Testament of
me Augustin Reeves of Henley upon Thames
in the County of Oxford Yeoman I give and
devise unto my two Sons John Reeves and
James Reeves All that my Cottage or Tenement
wherein I now dwell with the Garden Stable
and outbuildings thereunto belonging situate
on the Hill in Henley upon Thames aforesaid
To hold to them my said Sons John and
James their heirs and assigns for ever as
tenants in common and not as joint
Tenants . I give and bequeath all the
rest residue and remainder of my real and
personal Estate money Securities for money
goods chattels and effects whatsoever and
wheresoever (after payment of payment of
all my just debts funeral and testamentary
expences) unyo my said two Sons and to
my two daughters Sarah Trimmings
and Elizabeth Eades share and share

alike to and for their own use and benefit
And I nominate and appoint my said
two Sons Joint Executors of this my last
Will - I revoke and make void all other
Wills by me at any time heretofore made
and declare this to be my last Will
and Testament . In Witness whereof I
have to this my Will set and subscribed my
hand and seal the fourth day of April One
thousand eight hundred and twenty five

first sworn by Commission duly to administer. Power reserved to John Reeves
the other Executor named in the said Will
