In the name of God Amen I Thomas
Carter of Watford in the County of Hertford Blacksmith being of whole
and perfect memory (God bee praised therefore) doe make and ordaine this
my last will and Testament (that is to say) I give and devise into Anne my
Loving wife and her heires and Assignes for ever all that my Messuage or
Tenement wherein I now dwell Scituate and Being in Watford aforesaid with
the outhouses yard garden and other the appurtenances thereunto belonging
All that my Messuage or Tenement with the backside yard and other the
appurtenances thereunto belonging Scituate and being in Watford aforesaid
betweene my said dwelling house and the dwelling house of Edward
Kelinge and now in the Occupacon of Thomas Millington and alsoe
all that my other messuage or Tenement in the Occupacon of William
Hunt the Elder and the messuage or Tenement now in the occupacon
of Samuell Longe and wherein Edward Knight now dwelleth the
residue

Residue of all my Temporall Estate I give unto my said Wife
whome I make sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament
In wittnesse whereof I have hereunto sett my hand and seale and
published and declared this to bee my last will and Testament the
twenty seaventh day of July In the yeare of our Lord one Thousand
Six hundred Seaventy and Five the marke of Thomas Carter signed
Sealed and published in the presence of Samuell Anderson and Edward
Ciling:/

St Albans on the tenth day of the month of September in the Year of our Lord
