Delia Spellissy was living with her widowed father and siblings Thomas, Catherine and Annie on the family landholding in Lavally South, Clare, in March 1901. Her trade was "scholar".
In 1917 Delia was living in Clontarf, Dublin City, and working as a nurse when she married Patrick Sullivan, a doctor, at St John's, Clontarf. Witnesses to the marriage were Maurice Fitzgerald and Mary Keating.
