Biography
Chester Spencer was born January 0, 1802 in Manchester, CT and moved to Cortland County, NY circa 1826. He married Abigail Badgley of Cortland January 29, 1828. She died in Springville, Erie County, NY in 1865; he died there a month later. They had six children
