Biography

Mahlon was born in 1856. He was the son of David Spencer and Mary Morrow.[1][2][3] His twin brother was Marion Francis Spencer.

Mahlon married Laura M. Wallace September 5, 1889, in Perry County, Ohio. They lived in Corning, Monroe Township, Perry County, Ohio.[4] Laura died in 1905.[5]

Mahlon married Isadora Ellen (Windland) Shaffer December 23, 1908, in Perry County, Ohio. [6] He filed for divorce in June 1913.[7]

Mahlon lived with his children in Pleasant, Perry, Ohio.[8][9] He was part of the United War Work campaign in 1918.[10]

In 1930 Mahlon lived with his daughter Vera Douglas in Monroe Township, Perry County, Ohio.[11]

Mahlon passed away in 1930.[12] He was buried at New Lexington Cemetery, New Lexington, Perry County, Ohio, USA.[13]
