Not mentioned in fathers will, but appears to have married in 1694 so perhaps had recently received her dowry?
Records on findmypast from the parish registers have a Mary Spicer marrying a Thomas Blackwell in 1694, a death of Thomas Blackwell in 1711, and then a Mary Blackwell marrying Thomas Hogg in 1712, all in the Wycombe/ Marlow area (child Thomas in 1713). It's not proven that this connection is all the Mary Spicer daughter of Edward, but the dates and locations all fit together so it has all been loaded.
And a burial record for Mary Hoge in 1730 in Great Marlow would also appear to fit (Mary married Thomas Hogg in Great Marlow), so that too has been added to this profile, but as uncertain.
There are a number of children of Thome Blackwell in the Wooburn parish registers, but none give a mothers name:
