Biography

Franklin "Frank" Spring was born on 25 July 1872 in Sanilac, Michigan, United States, the son of Catherine Spring and John Spring.[1][2][3][4]

He married Mina House on 9 November 1898 in Argyle, Sanilac.[5] Their children were:[4]
