"James Francis Harry St Clair-Erskine, Earl of Rosslyn, who in those proceedings has been described as of 9, St James's Square, W, and lately residing at Dysart house, Dysart, and Balbeggie, Kircaldy, N.B., is the bankrupt. He is now in his 30th year, and has had little occupation other than attending to county affairs and his estates." [1]
