Biography
Mary Stacey was born about 1766. She married William Uglow on May 9, 1798 in Week St Mary, Cornwall and the witnesses were William Stacey and A. Clifton.
In the 1841 Census, she was living in Plymouth St Andrew, Devon with daughter Catherine age 26 in the home of Alexander and Rose Alexander.
In the 1851 Census, she was living in Stoke Damerel, Devon with her son Edmund Uglow -- they were running the Beer House at 10 Granby Street, Devonport.
